Quality control is not a simple final step, but a continuous process that accompanies every production phase.
Thanks to the experience of our technicians and the use of latest-generation tools, we ensure reliable, repeatable, and certifiable measurements.
Alongside traditional manual control instruments, we use two key technologies with very high precision:

Six-axis measuring arm
The measuring arm with a probing tip is a three-dimensional measuring instrument that allows for the acquisition of dimensional and geometric data with extreme precision.

- rapid and accurate measurements
- control of complex geometries
- greater reliability compared to traditional instruments
It is ideal for dimensional checks, tolerance controls, and conformity of mechanical components.
Blue laser 3D scanner
The blue laser 3D scanner represents one of the most advanced technologies for surveying the geometry of objects and surfaces, particularly suitable for naval applications.
It stands out for three fundamental aspects:
- High resolution and precision (up to 0.03 microns), ideal for components that require extremely accurate details
- Noise reduction: the blue laser is less sensitive to reflections and interference, allowing scanning of even shiny or complex surfaces
- High acquisition speed, which reduces scanning times even on large objects
Design and prototyping support
To support quality control and technical development, the AngloTech team uses:
- 3D CAD modeling software for mechanical part design
- creation of technical drawings and dimensional checks
- 3D filament printer for functional prototypes and test components
This approach allows for reduced errors, optimized solutions, and accelerated development times.
