How we work:

1. Complete disassembly

The compressor is entirely disassembled into all its component parts.

2. Inspection and measurement

Verification of individual components to assess their state of wear.

Micrometric measurement of crankshaft, cylinders, pistons, and critical components.

3. Component replacement

Replacement of bearings and their respective bushings.

Installation of a complete overhaul kit (typically for 4000/5000-hour intervals).

Systematic replacement of worn parts, including piston rings, pins, suction/discharge valves, and safety valves.

Replacement of all sealing components (gaskets) and filters.

Replacement of control pressure gauges.

4. Reassembly and Accessories

Careful reassembly of the unit according to technical specifications.

Additional accessories can be installed upon request, such as vibration dampers, solenoid valves, pressure switches, non-return valves, and flexible hoses.

5. Testing and Finishing

Functional test and load test at 30 bar pressure with certified 1m3 testing system.

Final painting of the entire unit.

6. Documentation and Warranty

Every reconditioned compressor is delivered with:

A 6-month warranty certificate.

A functional test certificate.

An instruction manual and spare parts catalog.
