A young and dynamic team is Anglotech's real strength.
Over 50 experienced and qualified employees make it a cutting-edge, efficient, and well-structured company in every department.

The technical office staff is dedicated to constant quality control, research, and development.
The workshop mechanics are able to carry out any restoration work as well as the assembly of new products.
The sales team responds promptly to quote requests and, together with the warehouse and internal shipping department, forms a perfectly synergistic group with advanced integrated logistics systems.
Finally, the team dedicated to direct on-board interventions qualifies Anglotech as a safe and reliable partner even for emergencies.

Just as every ship has its captain, Anglotech also has its own: Fabio Nicoli, founder and CEO.

Fabio Nicoli

I am Fabio Nicoli, founder and CEO of Anglotech SRL.

My adventure in the maritime sector began in 1994 when I moved to the United Kingdom. Just over twenty years old, I already had a clear vision for my future, and, building on that experience, I decided to return to Italy to found my own company.

Choosing the name was simple: I wanted something that would connect my past experience in the UK with what I intended to build here in Italy. Thus, in 1998, Anglotech SRL was born.
Ever since I was a boy, my passion for sailing created an indissoluble bond with the sea. Today, more than ever, I feel my commitment to the environment as an absolute priority. For this reason, I have made sustainability one of the cornerstones and essential principles of my company's philosophy.
I live by the sea for work, but it is also where I find myself and my greatest joys. It is there that I recharge and find the inspiration to continue guiding Anglotech towards new horizons.
